Irina Gorbach (Redmond, WA) spent nine years with the Microsoft Analysis Services Team. Now senior software designer, she has designed/developed features including OLEDB, ADOMD.NET, and the XML for Analysis specification. Edward Melomed (Redmond, WA), an original member of the SQL Server Analysis Services team, played a key role in designing programming interfaces for the newest version of Analysis Services. Alexander Berger (Redmond, WA) has led development of Microsoft OLAP Server through all major releases. A principal architect of the OLEDB for OLAP standard and MDX language, he holds 30+ patents in multidimensional database technology. All three live in the Seattle area.
