A great introductory book! It is divided into 3 parts, the first deals with the concept of mudras where the author overviews what mudras are and how they can be preformed and enhanced. The second part of the book introduces and explores 52 mudras plus some additional hatha yoga seated meditation practices. The final section deals with practical applications where the author describes a number of hatha yoga body postures, mudras, and outlines these as a series of exercises.
This is the first mudra book that I have brought and I have found that it really is a great introductory book. The author touches on a number of topics in this small book giving the reader a great introduction to each.
