Maz's passion for food has always been apparent to her friends and family. It was only natural then, that she would trade in a career in pharmaceuticals to open Sydney's first cafe specialising in organic, plant- based living foods and wholefoods. Maz originally began blogging her own recipes and photographs while still working in the pharmaceutical industry. She couldn't believe how easy it was to eat well and feel good and she wanted to share it with anyone who would listen. She opened Sadhana Kitchen, Sydney's first organic, vegan, raw food and wholefoods cafe, in April 2012.
