This book was alright in teaching the reader, but for topics such as physical activities like Yoga etc, this series wouldn’t be suitable, as dvd’s can take its place. Actually they do make dvds in this series. Keep a look out. It’s not hard to spot a dummies series books for their signature yellow black covers. Just like their covers, easy to comprehend, so are the material within. They do write for the average joe making sure the language is easy to understand.
