About the Author

I have been married to a vegetarian for 31 years, I am not a vegetarian. We were reluctantly invited to dinner parties because of my husbands vegetarianism, as our hosts didn't know how to feed him, that is why I have written this book, to explain how simple it is to cater for a veggie. I have a daughter of 33 and 4 step children, ages ranging from 33-40, and between all the children we have 8 grandchildren, the youngest being 4 who will eat the fridge clean. Two days a week I work with my husband at our garage, I deal with all the accounts ect. I have worked with the British Potato association doing food demos up and down the UK and also photo shoots for food magazines, I have also written recipes for vegan magazines.
