Mother, daughter, now wife, fundraiser, pianist, organist, and author, Susan D. Crum-Teague has 15 years' experience in fundraising, marketing and public relations. Susan also considers herself to be a "leadership geek." She is continually reading, researching and talking to other leaders in order to influence others to engage in an activity greater than themselves, leaving them to be transformed by their endeavors. Susan is employed as the associate vice president of Institutional Advancement at her alma mater, Tusculum College, where she obtained her degree in business administration in 1991. Susan is active with the Tennessee Advancement Resource Council (TARC), Mt. Empire Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), Alumni Career Services Network (ACSN), the Ladies Golf Association of Link Hills Country Club and the local chapter of Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA). She serves on the Greeneville Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, as well as the board at Link Hills Country Club. Susan is also involved in community organizations and devotes much time to activities devoted to the betterment of life in her beloved home area and to the advancement of Tusculum College. She and her family attend First Baptist Church in Greeneville, TN. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her 12-year old son, Austin and husband, Scott. Other hobbies include playing golf, traveling, spending time at the beach, playing the piano, listening to music, riding her bike, reading, and her new found love, surfing. Susan also likes to begin every day with her own personalized workout regimen. But above all, Susan relishes in reaching for her dreams.
