About the Author

Tim is a retired Commander (USNR-ret) recognized as a catalyst, an international leadership trainer and a strategist that helps leaders put their faith into practical action both personally and corporately. He is a gifted preacher/teacher known for his passion and humor. His gift of wisdom combined with a great love for God's presence has proven to serve many churches passionate about prayer, transformation, leadership, spiritual warfare and wisdom. Leaders in churches, cities, apostolic networks, businesses and government agencies regularly ask Tim to consult with their teams to help them discover a strategic solution. Tim has also authored a number of books such as Operation Rolling Thunder, Biblical Principles and Strategies the Art of Corporate Spiritual Warfare, Watchman and Intercessor Training, the Certified CONECTer Course and The ARC Manifesto. Tim also co-authored Worship and Praise with Flags and Banners with his wife Brenda. He is the co-founder of Watchman Ministries International in 1992 and in 2011 he and his wife founded Kingdom League International.
