About the Author

I am a mother who is surviving the death of my youngest child to suicide. I have become an advocate for suicide awareness and prevention. By writing this book, it is my way to reach as many people as possible. Born and raised in Texas, where we still reside. I've been happily married for 22 years. We have a 20 year old daughter who is in college. I majored in advertising and public relations in college. I worked in the industry until the birth of our daughter, then became a stay-at-home mom.
