`Review from previous edition Review from previous edition The
sheer volume of information and eloquent explanation in this book
is admirable. The authors have managed to include a wealth of
knowledge in this book, whilst simultaneously making it accessible
and practical, and therefore the ideal reference book to keep handy
in your clinic.
