Trish Deseine has lived and worked in France for twenty-five years, and has become one of France's most celebrated food writers. Born in Northern Ireland, she moved to France in the early 1980s, and in 2000 set up a company selling her favorite product-chocolate. She has since produced twenty cookbooks in French, winning numerous awards in the process.
