Dr. Felisha Ford is the founder of the Women of Excellence ministry at her church which fosters Empowerment and wholeness for women. Her joy in serving is found in teaching, preaching, singing. counseling, and motivating others. However, her precious moments are spent in stillness in the presence of the Lord. It was in those moments that these "pearls" of wisdom were produced which have adorned her life with beauty and strength. She and her loving husband, Bishop Demetrius Ford, are in ministry together and have two delightful sons
