Avijit Banerjee is Professor of Cariology & Operative Dentistry,
Hon. Consultant and Clinical Lead, Restorative Dentistry at the KCL
Dental Institute / Guy's & St. Thomas' Hospitals Foundation Trust,
London, UK. He is Head of Conservative & MI Dentistry and has
established the innovative distance-learning masters in Advanced
Minimum Intervention Dentistry (AMID) at KCL. He is an
internationally renowned lecturer, teacher, author and
scientific researcher and he maintains a clinical practice in the
hospital as well as private practice.
Timothy F. Watson is Professor of Biomaterials and Restorative
Dentistry and Honorary Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at KCL
Dental Institute/ Guy's & St. Thomas' Hospitals Foundation Trust,
London, UK. He is European Board Member for the International
Association for Dental Research (IADR) and the past President of
the British Society for Oral and Dental Research (NSODR).
