Mary Lunnen lives near the dramatic coast of North Cornwall, in the
far south west of the UK, with her husband and two cats. Her
passion is helping people find their way home to themselves and
rediscover their inner wisdom. She does this through her Dare to
Blossom Rediscovery Cards, a simple format with a single word and a
colour. A powerful tool that brings people back into conversation
with their own truth, to rediscover their inner wisdom.
Mary has a career spanning business research; patient advocacy and
research in the NHS and twelve years in business coaching and
start-up support roles. She has been made redundant three times and
during the first occasion, she retrained as a life coach and brings
all her experience and qualifications to her vocation of being a
companion on your way to daring to blossom.
Since 2017 she developed a coaching process that follows the points
of the compass, the Com-pass Rose, and starts and ends by grounding
in the centre, in the heart, in peace In 2019 she was nominated in
the 'Lifetime Achievement' category at the Devon and Cornwall Venus
Awards for Women, where she was one of the three finalists
Mary draws inspiration from her love of the sea and countryside
around her home, which she ex-plores in photography and art. She
began her own journey of coming home after a diagnosis of cancer in
1994 which sparked reflective journaling that grew into four
published books and many articles.
Since 2003 Dare to Blossom Life Coaching has supported individuals
and business people around the world. Mary runs inspirational
workshops and on-line programmes using all the skills she has
acquired, including a creative visualisation process using the
theme of a 'Magic Carpet Ride'.
"Mary is a rare individual whose quiet presence and wisdom brings
more support and insight than a loud talkative style. Her work taps
into a different level of 'knowing' within us, with a playful
simplicity which is nonetheless profoundly enriching."
"Mary provides a quiet, safe place where you can be heard and
joyfully be you - so you can take that out into the world and dare
to blossom."
