About the Author

Although Emily Johnson lives in western Nevada, she fell in love with England on her many visits to this country. Her novels are set in the English Regency period, a time she found fascinating. Her other novels published by Robert Hale include The Contrary Corinthian, Elizabeth's Rake and A Chance Encounter
