Margaret Furtado, MS, RD, is a registered dietician at the Tufts-New England Obesity Consult Center. She earned her Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, and earned a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. Lynette Schultz received her culinary training at Seattle Central Community College.
