our inner selves. -- Sir Ian McKellen

heart, the mind and the body. There is no teacher, in my

patience. -- Sir Richard Eyre

constant source of strength and inspiration. -- Sir Anthony

Whenever I read one of Patsy Rodenburg's books, it's as if she is
speaking directly to me. Not only is it comforting to be reassured
that I am on the right track with my teaching, but she says many of
the things I say to my students - only she says them better. Her
passionate, practical approach makes her books readable and
accessible ... The Right to Speak: Working with the Voice continues
that tradition ... The Right to Speak is a practical, accessible,
inspiring guide for the experienced voice practitioner, the
beginner, and anyone and everyone in between. * Methods: A Journal
