Angela instituted Fit In, Inc. in 2003 as a means to combine her over twenty years of experience in the health care industry and her love of fitness. Angela's extensive background in health care, her many years of fitness experience, as well as her patience and compassion for individuals facing life altering health disparities stemming from poor diet and sedentary lifestyles, inspired her to conceptualize Fit In, Inc.
