About the Author

Kim Richards, RN, NC-BC by combining her passion for nursing, fitness, and coaching, and with her extensive research on the science of self-care, has created the components of Self-Care Academy, LLC, of which she is founder/owner. As a board-certified nurse coach, and a professional speaker, she works with private clients, hospitals, and national companies presenting workshops and sustainable programs on a holistic and healthy lifestyle. She is a faculty member of the International Integrative Nurse Coach Program.
