I currently live in Buffalo, NY but I have lived all over the USA and have picked up secrets and hints from all America from other home bakers. I tend to like to create my own recipes instead of using prepared mixes. I learned how to make homemade bread early in my life from my mother and then taught the gift to others along the way. Also, I learned to make cakes, fudges, deserts, and meals throughout the many years and I am always looking for ways to make them better. I have worked in multiple restaurants and have created recipes and have made specialty cookies and candies for family, friends, and on occasional bake sales. In addition, people have asked for my recipes and paid me to make them some of these delicious recipes. Some are fast, some are time consuming, but they are all homemade and I created this cookbook with instructions for the beginner. I plan to create more series of cookbooks such as, breads and muffins, pies and cakes, and lastly meal dishes. I enjoy baking and cooking and did it for my family now for over 40 years. My recipes are homemade and tend to be country style baking and cooking. I recently earned a bachelor's degree and I am writing on the side, which helps me relax and focus on how I am able to share my years' experience with others. I look forward to creating more books on a variety of subjects.
