Time and time again people fall into money traps. They are mugged by lack of information, by bad advice and by misselling. Squillions are spent on advertising products, which should really come with financial health warnings. They borrow money to repay other borrowings, quickly becoming stuck in a quicksand of debt. Eddie Hobbs terms this group the 'new poor'. In this practical book (which includes room for the reader to trace their own expenditure) he offers advice on how to stem the flood of debt and get back onto an even keel. The publication of this book coincides with the new series of Show Me the Money on RTE 1 tv from mid-January to mid-March.
