Life in the fifties was much different than today. Harold Blevins was a product of that decade. Through various twists and turns we follow his challenges, disappointments and minor successes. Harold tells his story of a bucolic childhood in spite of the obstacles that were placed before him. This is a story of inspiration, of hopes and of dreams.
About the Author
Stephen Darryl Hurley currently resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with his wife, Jan, and son, Darryl. This is his first published work although he holds a copyright for a collection of short stories entitled "Casting Reflections." Stephen grew up during a more tranquil era and most of his writings reflect this. Sixty-Two, while fiction, finds its roots in these earlier days when morals and personal values were a way of life and where hopes and dreams were all so real.
