Belle Moody loves being a Tooth Fairy, collect a few teeth, make kids smile...her life was pretty much perfect, except that she was being blackmailed and her Great Aunt Lila just lost every last penny of their life's savings. Now what was she going to put under kids' pillows? Desperate times call for desperate measures, and Belle takes up a second job acting as some obscure European country's Princess.
Millionaire Daniel 'Boone' Wentworth was having a rough year. First he discovered his fiancee only wanted him for his money. And then his dad dies. Now he's getting terrible headaches, and freaky mood swings. He's turning into a veritable (and literal) Boogeyman! To hide what he considers unnatural growths on his back and even more unnatural (perverted) thoughts he sells everything and becomes a country recluse.
So when he learns the 'Princess' co-hosting his Mom's soiree isn't really a princess, he can't stomach her lies (afore mentioned fiancee having stripped him of trust for the female species). Achingly lovely or not, the princess was going to learn that trying to dupe him was like pulling teeth.
This book was alright, the plot had tremendous potential but it fell short of being really good. It seemed stilted in some parts and jumped scenes in others. It's not a bad book, I've just read better. But if you just want a quick, light read, this would be good.
