For those that love a bit of murder and suspense, put the SOUL BEACH trilogy on your reading list. It's a gripping finale of the trilogy that will leave you hanging off your seat. SUGARSCAPE A gripping finale of the trilogy that will leave you hanging off your seat Sugarscape It would appear Kate Harrison is the master of misdirection. At the back of my mind I've always known who the killer was (NO I'm not fibbing) it's been there since the very first book. However, Kate successfully managed to distract me from my quest by making me doubt myself and casting suspicion on the other characters. Seriously, I think the only people I didn't end up suspecting were Alice herself, and her parents. Soul Storm manages to maintain the tension within the narrative all the way through in one way or another. All the questions are answered (with a few surprises thrown in). All of the plot threads are masterfully woven together providing a rich tapestry of the entire story. BOOKANGEL'S BOOKTOPIA A fantastic ending to the Soul Beach trilogy, Soul Storm ties up all of the loose ends and suspicions which have been raised throughout the series. There are several characters who all appear to be the murderer at one stage or another, with Harrison keeping you guessing until the thrilling conclusion. This has been a great series to read, with the writing style keeping me hooked until the end, and the wait for the killer's identity is definitely worth the ride. BOOK CHICK CITY
