If you've got a Women's Weekly cookbook, then you probably know how easy and simple it makes cooking. If you don't, then you should find out! This book is a good place to start because so many people can not be bothered making soups. This is a shame because they are very easy and typically take care of themselves after you've chopped up all the vegetables! This book holds some of the classics as well as some with new twists. I would recommend this book to anyone, cook or non-cook because it's so easy but the results are great.
