"Narrator Lucy's a spirited, relatable character whose experiences,
by turns funny and reflective, also touch on themes of being
responsible and considerate. Appealing, expressive black-and-white
line drawings and the kids' weather-connected lyrics are peppered
throughout. . . . an engaging, ultimately upbeat read."
"Children who love some nonsensical fun, pranks, a little mischief, and made-up comical ukulele songs will enjoy."-School Library Journal
