About the Author

David found a passion for residential real estate when he started buying rental properties in 2001. With over thirteen years in real estate, David has managed well over 1000 residential transactions and volume greater than $500 million. He currently works as an agent affiliated with Century 21 New Millennium, the number one Century 21 firm in the world. David is ranked number one in Maryland within his firm and number eighteen in the entire United States for all of Century 21, as of July 2014. He was voted the number one real estate agent by the readers of the Severna Park Voice, a local newspaper in his area. David was also named one of REAL Trends' Best Real Estate Agents in America.

David is active in his community, including serving on the Building Traditions Society's Board of Directors and the Pediatric Council at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He also volunteers as a coach for the local Broadneck area youth sports program. In 2002, he helped start a nonprofit program in Baltimore that introduced underprivileged youth to the game of golf. David was selected to be on the Board of Directors for Chartwell Golf and Country Club through 2016. David is married with three children and currently resides in Arnold, Maryland.
