Margaret Campe's work and research focuses specifically on
the ways in which social problems such as violence and substance
use disorders and the corresponding response systems disparately
affect marginalized populations. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology
from the University of Kentucky.
Kathi Harp is an addiction health services and health
disparities researcher who studies the substance use disorder
treatment needs and outcomes of mothers and their children. She
holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in sociology from the University of
Kentucky.
Carrie Oser is the Endowed DiSilvestro Professor of
Sociology, the associate director of the Substance Use Priority
Research Area, and the associate director of the Center for Health
Equity Transformation at the University of Kentucky. She holds a
Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.
