Ian Ross Vayro was born in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia.
He was raised in a farming community near Dalby and attended a
one-teacher primary school.
On leaving 'the bush', he was educated in Brisbane and for a time
returned as a working cowboy on a station near Roma. He later
served in the Royal Australian Air Force, which allowed him to
travel extensively and instilled the discipline he has utilized in
most endeavours since.
Ian Ross was a musician and a DJ and studied Electronic
Engineering, then Classical Ancient History and Archaeology, a
somewhat unusual mix, and tempered this with a lifelong interest
and personal research in Theology.
He actively created a successful business life, becoming the best
in his business field, culminating in his own hugely successful
Outdoor Advertising Company. Ian achieved greatly through a
commitment and focus and somewhat perfectionist attitude which he
has transferred to his research and work as an author.
Ian Ross now lives on acreage with horses and dogs, near Lake
Wivenhoe...an hour from Brisbane in Queensland, Australia, and
enjoys the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful location.
