About the Author

Profile; Vera grew up in the West of Ireland and moved to London as a teenager where eventually she married and raised a family. In her working life she had many jobs of differing persuasions but the greater part being in banking and Insurance. It was always her ambition to become a writer but a busy family life meant there never seemed to be enough time. Vera, who is now retired, lives in Hertfordshire where she intends to make writing a full time occupation. She has three children and seven grandchildren and is happily divorced.
