I cannot decide which part of this book I like best: the collection of simple but effective training games, or the step-by-step tips, tools, and guidance for game design selection, preparation, and facilitation. Bravo, Steve and Jennifer! I wish I had this book when I started using training games. It certainly would have made my learning easier. Sivasailam ""Thiagi"" Thiagarajan The Thiagi Group
