The authors are all educational psychologists: Teresa Bliss has published a number of books with a focus on behaviour and Circle Time. Isabel Hollis has completed a Doctorate in Education at Bristol University; her dissertation focused on the transition from Year 6 to Year 7. Rachel Down supports a group of Gloucestershire schools and is also involved with early years development work. Christina Lythgoe has been involved in action research into the Year 6 to Year 7 transition; she has provided the drawings in this book.

About the Author

Teresa currently works in Gloucestershire as a Senior Educational Psychologist. When her first book was published in 1993 she was an advisory teacher. Her background prior to that was in running units for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Lucky Duck have published six of her books, of which the Circle Time ones are the most well known.
