The only Sex Offenders we have are the ones in Positions of Power, preying upon the Disabled, because they are easy prey.
Some seem to forget that Govt Authorities worked with Alfred Kinsey, who he himself worked with Satanists in Govt, who enjoyed raping Children for the Dollar, an used that Industry to creat the child porn & sex Industry World Wide, along with the help of MK Ultra, Hitlers Nazi Eugenics & there are new studies an research out there showing many of the sex offenders are actually those that hide behind the shield of law.
An the Disabled are only their Scapegoat.
The Pentagon is also involved in Distribution of Kiddy Porn onto the Internet, along with the NSA.
