About the Author

Jackie Haley has always made writing an important part of her life, and she has recently turned her attention to writing fiction, publishing Crystal Beach in 2012. She is now excited about her new thriller, Truce Island.

Haley holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Iowa State University and has spent her thirteen-year career writing and editing publications for businesses and organizations. She has been a member of Romance Writers of America and subscribes to Writer's Digest and American Writers & Artists, Inc. Haley has also joined local writing groups close to her home in Iowa.

Haley lives with her husband, Christian, and two sons.
