Steve Hoffacker, CAPS, C.E.A.C., MCSP, MIRM, of Steve Hoffacker LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida is an award-winning new home sales trainer and aging-in-place/universal design instructor and advocate. He is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), National Sales & Marketing Council (NSMC), Remodelers Council (NAHBR), Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), and the Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA). He also is a member of the National Aging In Place Council (NAIPC), Age Safe America (Business Advisory Team Member), and Accessible Home Improvement of America (AHIA), where he holds the Certified Environmental Acess Consultant (C.E.A.C.) designation.
