About the Author

Sarah Kirkham is a qualified nutritional therapist with a first class honours degree from the British College of Nutritional Medicine. She has worked as a nutritional therapist, written books on nutrition and health and worked in the field for over 20 years. She has created nutrition modules for universities, published research, worked as a nutrition consultant for David Lloyd Leisure, Whitbread restaurants and others and developed health and weight loss programmes for individuals.
