Born in Wellington, New Zealand, she now lives in Richmond in Melbourne. She is working on her second book.

Where the Truth Lies is a clever, gripping thriller with complex characters and chilling secrets at its core. Karina Kilmore's flawed heroine takes us through Melbourne's gritty underside in a desperate quest to uncover the truth. The investigative journalist battles to piece together a dark puzzle of unexplained deaths, big business, trade unions and media manipulation.
