This is a hilarious and freeing book.
It is dedicated to perfectionists, like myself.
It has 185 pages and at least every second page has an exercise on it. It was soo freeing and felt surprisingly good to purposely break the spine of the book - something I'd normally never do!
Other ideas include, take the journal in the shower, mail it to yourself, composting a page, chewing on a page and decorating one with your meal.
It is surprisingly good fun, even though it goes aginst my nature.
