"Accessible and easygoing . . . After reading, Andrade feels like
one of your friends, but not like she's got it all figured out. . .
. It's easy to believe that she knows what true heartbreak feels
like, and that she can truly empathize. . . . You Always
Change will probably help you through your current or next
breakup, if only by knowing someone else shares your pain."
