Spices are sold by weight. Versa-Tin spice tins are sized by their volume. Grocery store bottles (about 10cm high) generally hold about 50ml by weight. But put the contents in a measuring cup and the spice will measure between 1/2 and 3/4 cup (120ml or 180ml Spice Tins).
