Struggling rancher Dan Evans sneaks captured outlaw Ben Wade past his gang and then nervously waits to deliver him to the prison train in this taut, High Noon-style western from director Delmer Daves.
Adapted from a story by Elmore Leonard, 3:10 To Yuma pits Van Heflin and Glenn Ford in a riveting psychological battle, with both men delivering standout performances. An "extremely suspenseful western" (Leonard Maltin), this classic features top-class acting and a powerful story that easily ranks it as one of the best of the 50's.

Van Heflin plays a family man who takes gang leader Glen Ford to catch the train for trial - the 3:10 to Yuma... Ford is great as Wade - cool, smooth, with a code of honor that belies his violenty nature... very "High Noon" suspenseful... a highly regarded western, and well worth a look...

Strong lean little western about a struggling farmer who in order to save his farm, reluctantly agrees to take a notorious outlaw to catch the 3:10 train to Yuma where he will stand trial. However an uneasy bond develops between the two men as it becomes apparent they have both been set up.
