You might that Jerry Dandridge is the perfect neighbour, But before you invite him in for a nightcap, there's a few things you need to know - he prefers his drinks warm, red... and straight from the jugular!

Only 17 year-old Charlie Brewster knows Jerry's bloodcurdling secret and when he can't get anybody to believe him, TV horror show host Peter Vincent becomes his only ally against the powerful bloodsucker.

It's Fright Night, an horrific howl starring Chris Sarandon (from The Princess Bride) as the seductive vampire, William Ragsdale as the frantic teenager trying to save his girlfriend as well as his own neck, plus Roddy McDowell (from Planet Of The Apes) as thr "Great Vampire Killer" who's in way over his head.

If you love being scared, this will be the night of your life!

The scariest part of this movie is the way that they made the villainess’ face. It’s quite frankly the most intense creation that I’ve seen in horror for a while which is saying a lot considering that it’s such an old movie. The story itself? Well these days we’ve seen it all so this story may not really give the thrills. If you just accept it for what it is – a B-grad horror from the 80’s then you’ll get into it though.
