The Return Of The Nana
Nana's getting married - news that has Sandy, Seth and Ryan off to Miami. Back at the OC, Zach wows Summer with a home-cooked meal, Kirsten sorts out her Carter feelings and Trey's feelings for Marissa take a terrifying turn.

The O. Sea
Heads: Seth takes Summer to the prom. Tails: Zach does. Whoever's dateless takes a meeting with George Lucas to discuss Atomic County. That'll settle things, right? The Julie-Caleb union ends... not the way anyone expected.

The Showdown
Dynamite with a lit fuse: Kirsten goes on a bender now that Carter's gone, Ryan can't figure what's up with Marissa, Caleb hits Julie with divorce papers, and the Seth-Zach rivalry turns into War of the Weirds.

The Dearly Beloved
Familiar faces show up for a final farewell to Caleb. Meanwhile, Sandy takes action to help Kirsten. And when Ryan learns about the Trey-Marissa incident, a showdown - if not a tragedy - is inevitable.

Continuation of season one.. Some additional characters that make the story lines even better, great drama and great friendships are mad. I would highly recommend this to everybody. Stories of marital hardship, love, friendship and scandal. Still my favourite TV Show ever. Wish they never stoped making it. Absolutely brillaiant!

This season, is... well how could i describe it! It is a continuation of season one. the oc is one of the best teenage drama shows ever! i have absolutely fallen in love with the show since the first time i watched it! a great teenage drama show for all peoples! especially teenagers!

Ryan and Marissa broke up, and Seth ran away; leaving a broken-hearted Summer. In this season, Ryan is deployed to bring Seth back and when he finds out that Teresa "miscarried" the baby, is persuaded to come back to Newport Beach. Ryan falls for the new girl in town who does not know who her father is. Could Caleb Nichols be hiding a secret? Can Seth win back the affections of summer from Zach who seems like a better version of himself.

The second season isn't as good as the first, but it's better then the third. I felt the love triangles were a bit annoying and repeditive to watch. The episodes with Marrisa becomming bi/lesbian seemed a bit stupid to me-it came out of nowhere and I thought it was just a ratings push.

Still, a good season, especially for all the Seth/Summer fans like me!!

Season two of the OC almost seems jucier than season one. Marissa, Ryan, Seth and Summer are back with their dramatic lives filled with teenage angst, getting in trouble, experiencing life and love and drama. This season of the OC brings more characters and new storylines. The only downside is by now we are starting to get sick of Marissas poor me attitude but other than that this season is another one to watch.

I put off watching this series because I thought it was appealing to the lowest common demoninator. I was wrong. I didn't think it possible to live up to the first season and I was wrong, althought most of it was due to the adult storylines.

The whole teenage love triangle between all of the stars was annoying and repetitive at best. The highlight was the final two episodes where it appeared all characters redeemed themself, especially the tragic death in the second last episode. The score was supurb and the characters less annoying than in the first season.

One of my fav new series!

Perhaps not as good as season one, The OC still has enough drama and love troubles to keep you enjoying. Sandy and Kristen have trouble in their marriage and we see quite a few new characters introduced into the plotlines but they are only there for the plots and not to become permenant characters. Seth and Summer provide the lightness as they continue to be in love and bicker away. Marissa goes further off the rails and gets involved with another girl in a relationship - this is one thing I couldn't fathom in this season - I have no trouble with same sex relationships being explored on tv but it just seemed so out of chacter for Marissa and in my opinon wasn't handled properly, one minute she's with Ryan, then the other girl, then that's over too. In any case an okay season, still entertaining with season three getting back to the roots of the show.

While not as good as season 1, the second season of the OC still had some great moments and storylines. Seth and Summer are as cute as ever and clearly are meant to be together, Ryan get some romance with his physics lab partner but it doesn't last long and the parents have more issues than the kids. The dvd set doesn't have as many features as i'd like but is still good to watch.

this didnt really have much of the interesting spark of season one, and i think they lost a few fans with this series. it seemed that they tried to grab peoples attention by introducing some mildly interesting characters who were all gone by about mid way trhough the season. still good drama though, gripping.
