Collection of four documentaries presented by the popular humorist, actor and novelist, Stephen Fry. 'The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive' sees Fry explore manic depression, a condition with which he himself has battled over the years. 'Wagner and Me' follows Fry across Europe as he explores his love for the music of Richard Wagner and the ambivalence he feels, as a man of Jewish descent, for an artist who was posthumously associated with the Third Reich. 'Stephen Fry in America' follows the wit as he travels through every American state in a black London cab and tries to discover what unites such a diversity of beliefs, cultures, and languages into one vast nation. Finally, 'Last Chance to See' sees Fry team up with zoologist Mark Carwardine to recreate the journey Cawardine made 20 years ago, with the late author Douglas Adams, in search of some of the rarest animals on the planet.
