Preceded by the single "Burning Hell," a cover of the John Lee Hooker classic, the roots, gospel, and blues-inspired album was produced by Ethan Johns (Kings of Leon, Rufus Wainwright) and features Booker T. Jones, B.J. Cole, and Gillian Welch as guests.
