In bowl toss meat, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chilli powder. Refrigerate overnight. In skillet heat 3 tbsp oil over medium heat. Brown meat, 5 min. Transfer to pot. Add chorizo to skillet, brown. Add to pot. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add onions, cook 10 min. Add garlic, chilli powder, oregano, cumin, salt & pepper. Stir 3 min, add to pot. Add tomatoes, beer, tomato paste. Boil, simmer 3 hrs.
