The Sell Yours item I purchased hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Please allow 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered. If it doesn't arrive, you will need to e-mail the seller directly. Fishpond is not involved in the completion of Sell Yours orders.

The seller's email address can be found in the shipping notification you received for your used book. If you no longer have this, you can find a copy of the email in your order history. Simply visit My Fishpond, and click 'View' next to the order in question.
