The Sell Yours item I purchased hasn't arrived. What do I do?

You should contact the seller directly, but if you are not happy with their response, contact Fishpond, and we will sort the problem for you, including processing any refund which is due.

Please allow 3-5 working days after the estimated delivery time for the item to be delivered in case the item has been delayed in the post. If it doesn't arrive, you will need to e-mail the seller directly. You may also find that Fishpond is the Sell Yours seller.

The seller's email address can be found in the shipping notification you received for your order. If you no longer have this, you can find a copy of the email in your order history. Simply visit My Fishpond, and click 'View' next to the order in question.

Customers are advised to expect mail and parcel delivery service disruptions across Queensland and northern NSW.
