Can you email me when you receive my payment by bank transfer?

Yes, all customers are notified by email on the same day that we receive the bank transfer payment. We check for new bank payments at least once a day so there is no need to tell us that your payment has been made.

After you have submitted the payment via Internet banking or through a branch, we will receive the payment in 1-2 working days. You will be sent an email to confirm that we have received the payment.

Easter and ANZAC break
