When I first read Dr. D'adamo's book and how he explained the way different blood types evolved, it made a lot of sense to me and gave me the confidence to try his method of eating and exorcising that was right for me. I lost 20 lbs in the first 2 weeks and felt better than I ever had before. I slept better, my thinking was clearer and I really enjoyed the recipes that were included in his book. I tried out the recipes on friends and they raved to other friends about how good the things I had cooked were. My boyfriend and I enjoyed going to the grocery store and planning out our meals for the week because we knew that everything we ate was going to taste fantastic. Overall it has been a life changing experience and I recommend this life style change to anyone who wants to learn a better way of eating, exorcising and just generally doing something that makes you feel healthy and energetic as well as not feeling rundown and sick like I had before. I also was going through a very difficult loss and it allowed me to get through the grief process easier and for that I am very thankful.
