Australia Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on over 5 million products sent anywhere within Australia or New Zealand with some exclusions.

Most books and music have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 (dependent on the delivery area). So you can order as many items as you like for one fee of $7.95. The more you buy, the more you'll save on shipping!

Please note that a heavy or larger item may incur an extra shipping charge, depending on the item you are buying.

Sell Yours items are excluded from flat rate shipping as these are not sent by Fishpond.

Additional Delivery Fees

Fishpond implements an additional postcode-based charge to reflect the actual delivery cost to different postcodes fairly - this means if you live in a remote or regional area you will pay more for delivery than a customer in a metropolitan area.

• Regional/remote postcodes incur an additional fee of $4.99 per order
  
• Some large or heavy items may also incur additional delivery fees

Fast Shipping

Fast shipping is available on some products. The shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be calculated for you during check-out. Fast shipping is sent directly from our Fishpond warehouse while standard shipping will be ordered from one of our suppliers. Please note that fast shipping does not use the Express Post service from Australia Post.

You will receive an email when your order is shipped, which will include the estimated delivery timeframe.

Please note we rely on various companies to provide delivery services and cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer.
