So good to finally understand what happens to ME (the buyer)in a sales situation and how sales folk can influence their purchasing power. The beginning of the book is a little long winded and you need to get to "the guts of it" before it finally makes a point and continues. I have thoroughly enjoyed this read and the information is invaluable. If I were a sales person (and we all are, even if only in a social sense) understanding this process will change your life. Good stuff!

An interesting book for those looking to get a highlevel insight into the human psyche. Each chapter is backed up with good real-life examples that allow the concepts being explained to be better understood.

An Essential Read For Every Marketer & Business Person On The Planet.
This book is like a fine meal...complete with all the trimmings one would expect from a sumptuous banquet. There is so much to be learned, that you may require yourself to read a few pages twice...as I did, to extract the full meaning behind what was being portrayed.
Do yourself a favour and purchase the book...you won't regret it.
I will be reading this one over and over for years to come.

The book I was looking for on convincing people and the underlying behaviour that determines humans to act or react to anything around us. A great book that talks about the waapons on influencing humans from a child to adults and how that can be applied in day to day life.

This book is amazingly scary! If you are the sort of person that ends up saying 'yes' even though you want to say 'no', this is a must read. Learn how charities get you to handover money, how sales tactics work in shops, and learn how to beat car salesmen and real estate agents...this book is priceless
